Ricardo G. Ramirez, age 74. Longtime Chicago Heights resident, native of Monterey, Mexico. Retired with 40 years of service as a Machinst at the Ford Motor Co. Stamping Plant in Chicago Heights. Husband for 54 years of Ylda (nee Rivera) Ramirez. Father of Elizabeth (Peter) Avros, Roland Ramirez, Linda Garcia, Rosa (Rick) Firkin, Brenda (Rene) Garcia, Sandra Gielczewski, Jose (Tracey) Ramirez, Ruby (Alvaro) Hernandez and Ricardo Jr. (Kelly) Ramirez. Grandfather of 25, great grandfather of 25. Son of Anastaicia Granados and the late Pedro C. Ramirez. Brother of Pedro Ramirez and the late Genevieve Brito and Eulalio Ramirez.
