Retired after 20 years service from Illinois Bell as a Directory Assistance Operator. Wife of the late Leonard “Skip” D’Orazio. Mother of Leonard “Skip” (Christine) D’Orazio Jr, Lynn (Keith) Schallmo, Robert (Marilyn) D’Orazio and Mary (Joseph) Staisiunas. Grandmother of Lisa (Sean) Crothers, Daniel (Lauren) D’Orazio, Stephanie (Ryan) Callaghan, Nicholas (Sara) Schallmo, Elizabeth (Christopher) Lynch, Michael (fiancé Amy Chang) Schallmo, Samantha (Tim) Polk, Allison, Kaitlyn Staisiunas, Lyndsey Martin, Morgan Martin, and Jonathan Howell. Great grandmother of Nico and Mila Crothers, Luca, Caden and Genevieve D’Orazio, Cadence, Emerson and Delaney Callaghan, Ella, Clare, Grant Schallmo, Miles Koleczek, Alexis and Giana Bullington. Daughter of the late Sylvia nee Felicetti and Nazzareno Scartozzi. Sister of the late Louis (late Viola) Scartozzi, Florence (late Richard) Lueder and Mary (late LeRoy) Koschnitzki. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Lying in state at St Kieran Church, 724 195th Street, Chicago Heights on Monday November 1, 2021 from 10:30 am until time of Funeral Mass 11:30 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Steger.
