Donald Joseph Kwasigroch, age 86, passed away peacefully on July 4th at the Franciscan Village in Lemont. A longtime Orland Park resident and Chicago Heights native, Don was a graduate of Bloom Township High School and served with the United States Army during the Korean War. He retired after 27 years of service as a salesman for Sunshine/Salerno Inc. Husband of 63 years to Charlotte nee Kahler. Father of Daniel (Patricia), Kenneth (Daisy), Karen, Michael (MaryJo), Brian and Steve (Lisa). Grandfather of Nicole (Alex) Polley, Sarah, Michael, Theodore, Donald, John, Joseph, Kevin, Mitchell, Paige and Cameron. Great grandfather of Ethan and Nolan. Son of the late Catherine nee Wisnewski and Joseph Kwasigroch. Brother of Phyllis Siebert, Sharon Wakefield, David Kwasigroch and the late Eugene Knoll, Chester and Joseph Kwasigroch. An avid golfer, Don was a former President and Club Champion at Chicago Heights Country Club, and loved his Chicago Cubs. Visitation Friday July 7th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Saturday morning 9:15 AM from Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 W. 159th St, Orland Park to St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Orland Hills. Mass 10:00 AM. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park.
