Genine Lucia Cariquitan Algenio, age 13, passed away December 15th with her loving family by her side. Monee resident formerly of Mokena. Attended Infant Jesus of Prague School in Flossmoor. Daughter of Loridine nee Sarona and Generand Algenio, DDSMS. Sister of Guillan, Genali and the late Andrin Algenio. Granddaughter of Edna nee Gesmundo and Victor Cariquitan and Mario and the late Luz nee Carandang. Niece and friend of many. Genine was a lover of God, family, cooking, baking, kindness, animals, music, plays, Andrew Lloyd Weber, Disney, Star Wars, her clarinet, singing, the piano, rubber band art, Stitch, friends, traveling, sharing smiles, playing dress up, swimming with dolphins and being the peacemaker in any situation. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (U.S. Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave.), Chicago Heights on Friday December 20th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Saturday morning, 10:15 AM from funeral home to Infant Jesus of Prague Church, 1131 Douglas Ave., Flossmoor. Mass 11:00 AM. Interment Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood.
