Husband of Gailene Cowger nee Bushong. Father of Mark (Susan), Hal (Lois), Ron (Judy) and Michael (Johnah) Fine. Stepfather of Erin (Sal) Arroyo, Sara (Chris) Alesandrini and Abby (Brad) Davis. Grandfather of Stephanie, Ben, Andy, Marla, Hannah, Jacob, Zachary, Joshua, Adrian, Elena and Elijah. Great grandfather of Jonah and Eva. Brother of the late Robert Fine. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (U.S. Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave.), Chicago Heights on Sunday February 17th from 2:00 PM until time of services at 6:00 PM. Burial private. 708-481-9230.
