Dear Auntie Lil', you are the kind of person that lit up the room when you walked into it. I loved your energy, your kindness and your sense of humor. You made everyone feel important and loved. The world lost a good one. God Bless.

I am so sorry for all of Lillian’s family ,she was a remarkable woman with enough LOVE for EVERYONE ! I’ve never met anyone like her we all were so lucky that we  could call her mom or Mimi , wife or aunt or cousin or friend. She  had enough love to give my  children who are not her blood family !  I know that my children feel a sense of loss because whenever they would hear others talk about their grandparents my children would always picture Lou and Lillian as their Mimi and Papa also . Miay you Rest In Peace Lil  and may all who knew and loved her be comforted  and I pray all of your hearts heal quickly .  There is a new star in heaven .

    Mr D and family,

My sincere sympathy for the loss of one beautiful, caring lady.  You and Mrs D were wonderful caring friends of my parents and our family.  We were all very fortunate to have you in our lives.  Mrs. D had a infectious smile and her hugs were wonderful.  After catching up on our family and what everyone was up to, it was fun to listen as she proudly shared stories and pictures of your family.

Thinking of you and your family during this difficult time!  There is definitely a party going on in heaven.  Until we meet again, Mrs D.

    Mr. D and family,

My heart breaks for all of you.  Mrs. D was an amazing lady!  I have many fond memories:  from swimming at your house; to visiting her at craft shows with my grandmother, Blanche Hechler; to receiving special teddy bears (which I still have in my treasure box); to laughing at my baby shower about a nipple brush; to Mr. & Mrs D "adopting" us as grandkids after our grandparents passed in 2005; to sharing my kids birthdays with her; to looking at lots and lots of pictures and hearing great stories of her grandkids and great grandkids; and to recently sending pictures of my kids and her calling wanting to hear more about their accomplishments.  She was very supporting and encouraging, just like my own grandmother would have been.

Although Mrs. D is greatly missed, I know she is happy to see her son again and many of her friends (like Bill, Blanche, Dot & Red).

Love you, Mrs. D!!!  Hugs!  Aymie Clayton
