Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal.

    My deepest condolences.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Mike's passing.  He was one of finest leaders at Diebold Nixdorf and was a very rare breed that understood and executive a positive style leadership down to the most junior of associates which made everyone feel important and appreciated. I've had the pleasure of working directly with him and his passing will leave an emotional scar for a very long time. My prayers for his loving friends and family go out to them as they mourn through this difficult times and only hope they continue to keep his memory alive in the joyful thoughts they have shared with him throughout his life while he was alive.

I was highly inspired when provided with some very good insight while discussing with a fellow co-worker.  "best we can do is honor his legacy by staying true to his vision and spirit of collaboration".  I could not agree more.

    God bless.

I was lucky enough to meet Mike the week that he started at Diebold, he pulled me aside and asked me questions about Alaska for 30 min. He wanted to understand what issues and hardships that we had in our area. Mike was so intrested in what would help make us a better company no matter the idea he listened and gave thought to it. He was truly a great leader and an inspiration to all that he worked with. Mike didnt care about the tital that you carried, It did not matter if you were a top execuitive or a sales person he was there for you. I dont belive that I have ever seen him with out a smile on his face! Thank you Mike for all of of the talks we had and help that you have given me. You are truly missed and a wonderful man, you will make heaven a better place!
