RIP my dear friend.  Friends are friends forever if the Lord's the Lord of them and a friend will not say never cause the welcome never ends, though it's hard to let you go in the Farther's hands we know that a lifetime's not to long to live as friends.  Love ya.

Our deepest and heartfelt condolences to Jimmy, Esther, and the entire Hibbs family.  Gary was a unique man who truly epitomized living his life to the fullest and left his legacy in the hearts of all he encountered.  A true hero both on the job and off.  His family is a perfect testament to his servant and compassionate leadership. He was a comforting protector, a wise and knowledgeable mentor, and a loving companion, father, grandfather, relative, friend, teammate, and servant to the people.  Gary was a Good Man in the purest sense of the word. We are all blessed to have been touched by him in our lives, and he will be missed by all.

Thank you, Lord, for sharing Gary with us and for using him to impact our lives.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4

We are truly grateful and blessed to have folks get up everyday , put on that uniform, and head out , risk their lives, to uphold Law and Order.
