Army Veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Husband for 54 years of Genevieve nee Abate. Father of Mary Jo Armstrong. Devoted “Boppi” of Stephanie (Michael) Payne, Chloe, Jacob, Noah, and Delilah Armstrong-Rolenc. Great “Boppi” of Felix, Louis Randall, Zachary, and Genevieve. Son of the late Stella nee Price and Troy Armstrong. Brother of the late LouVada “Jean” and Reginald “Gary” Armstrong. Brother-in-law of Josephine Abate, Annette (William) Mucha, and Louis (Carol) Abate. Beloved uncle and friend of many. Resting at John Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 7020 W. 127th St, Palos Heights on Wednesday March 28th from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Funeral Thursday 9:15 Am to St. Alexander Church, Palos Heights.
