Retired as a Business Form Salesman from Bank Forms. Then worked as a Floor Man at Kline’s Department Store. Bud enjoyed spending his time with his family fishing in the town of Lakewood in the Northwoods area of Wisconsin. Husband for 57 years of the late Carolyn nee Peterson. Father of Kristine Kurth, Kathryn (Susan Shanks) Phipps, and Karl Kurth. Grandfather of Justin (Kirstin) Phipps. Great grandfather of Harper and Madeline Phipps. Son of the late Eleanor nee Stoeven and William Kurth. Brother of the late Kenneth (late Lois) Kurth. Friend of many. Resting at St Paul Lutheran Church, 330 W. I remember Mr Kurth. Many years ago about 20 years ago I worked at Klines. He would walk around the store always with a kind face and fun things to talk about. He was a very nice man

I knew "Bud" from hi volunteering at St. James Hospital for many years.
I apologize, I did not know that he had passed away. I would definitely have come to his visitation.
He was a kind man, always spoke his mind. He loved his family and spoke of them often. His son would always make sure if he was in the building, he would make sure we got to visit for a few minutes.
He loved his drinks and fishing. Such a kind man. He will be missed by many.
