Anthony Dal Santo, age 101. Longtime Chicago Heights resident formerly of Chicago’s Roseland area. Native of Caltrano, Pr. Vicenza, Italy. Retired Machinist for Ford Stamping Plant and the Pullman Company. Member U.A.W. Local 588. Husband for 73 years of Lena nee Melchiore, they were married Sept. 28, 1941 at San Rocco Church. Father of Anthony (Rebecca) and the late Jack (Margaret) Dal Santo. “Nonno” of Laura Dal Santo, Ann Marie (Adam) Bedell and Jacquelyn (John) Zorbas. “Bisnonno” of Brayden and Avery Bedell. Brother of John (Olga) Dal Santo and the late Catherine (late Aldo) Pozza. Grandfather-figure to Chris and the late Sean Fano. Bloved uncle and dear friend of many. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday April 23rd, St. Agnes Church, 1501 Chicago Rd., Chicago Heights at 11:00 AM. Entombment Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood.
