WW II Veteran U.S. Army/Signal Corps. Retired after 21 years as Administrator of Industrial Property for the U.S. Department of Defense in Chicago. He had previously worked 11 years as a Traffic Manager at Electro-Motive Div. of General Motors in Chicago. Husband for 62 years of Louise nee Stradum. Father of Lynn Ann (James) Mellicant and Douglas Bosco. Grandfather of Caitlin and Emily Mellicant. Brother of Ida (late James) Arrivo and the late Dominic (late Elizabeth) Bosco, Angelo (late Rose) Magnabosco, Joanna “Nellie” (late Richard) Gayer and Leo Magnabosco.
