Carol A. Ciarrocchi nee Courrier. Age 78. Passed away January 22nd with her devoted husband by her side. Grant Park resident formerly of South Chicago Heights. Graduate of Providence Catholic Girls High School in Chicago. Retired bookkeeper. Longtime member of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy Chicago Heights Lodge #1430. Cherished wife for 58 years of Andrew “Andy” Ciarrocchi. Beloved mother of Michelle “Missie” (Kurt) Ciabattari and the late Anthony “Tony” (Amy) Ciarrocchi. Doting grandmother of Athena (Brice) Evans, Alex and Elena Ciabattari. Daughter of the late Rosemary nee Maley and Clifford Courrier. Sister of Cliff (Terry) Courrier, Renee Courrier and the late Patricia Eft. Sister in-law of David Ciarrocchi, Paula (late Jeffrey) Belski, and Pamela (John) Perkaus. Aunt and friend of many. Carol enjoyed most being with her grandchildren and entire family.  She loved traveling with her husband, having visited all 50 states at least once, most Provinces of Canada and 25 countries and principalities on 4 continents.  Carol was an avid knitter and loved needle work.  Her family would like to extend their thanks to the professionals at Riverside Home Health Care and “Uplifted Care” Hospice.  Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W 14th Street (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Friday January 28, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Saturday January 29, 2022 10:15 am from funeral home to St Liborius Church, 71 W 35th Street, Steger. Mass 11:00 am. Interment private.
