James E. Hensley age 73. Lifelong Chicago Heights resident. Retired Electrician/IBEW Local #134. Husband for 52 years of Gwen nee Ruhe. Father of James E. (Kathryn) Jr., Thomas W. (Jennifer) Hensley and Cynthia K. Fonseca. Grandfather of Gretchen, Aaron Hensley, Bryce, Blake and Brett Hensley, Krista, Kayla, Joshua and Kaitlyn Fonseca. Son of the late Mildred Hensley Lillegaard and Medford “Joe” Hensley. Brother of Albert Hensley, Roberta Lynn Hodson and the late Medford Jr., Marvin, and Charles Hensley, Dorothy Berry and Diane Sharo. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Lifelong member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church serving on various boards and participated in the dart ball league. Served as board member and manager for OTYA Baseball. Memorial Visitation Sunday May 13th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St., (US Rt. 30, 3 Blks E. of Western Ave) Chicago Heights. Memorial Services Monday 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 10th St. and Ashland Ave., Chicago Heights. (Family will receive visitors from 10:00 AM until time of the 11:00 AM services).
