Joan P. Feehery nee Piani. Age 80. Crestwood resident, formerly of Matteson, Illinois. Passed away Sunday April 2, 2023, peacefully surrounded by her family. Graduate of Bloom High School. Wife for 26 years of the late J. Thomas Feehery Jr. Mother of Stephen (Brenda) Feehery, Kris Rohlicek, Karn (Scott) Mallwitz and Kandi Feehery. Grandma “G” of Shane Feehery, Brandon (Alyssa) Feehery, Justin (Sydney) Rohlicek, Paige Feehery, Jacob, Rohlicek and Isabelle Mallwitz. Daughter of the late Margaret nee Ginkus and Deno Piani. Sister of James (Mary) Piani. Aunt of Kyle (Beth) Rodekohr, Stephanie Piani, Nina Mann, Andrea (John) Wilhelm. Joan was an avid golfer and gardener. She enjoyed spending time with her friends playing bridge. Volunteered at the Cancer Support Center, Operation Snowball and Snowflake, and dressing up as a clown. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W 14th Street (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Monday April 17, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Tuesday 9:15 am from funeral home to St Veronica Church (formerly Infant Jesus of Prague Church), 1131 Douglas, Flossmoor. Mass 10:00 am. Interment Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood.
