Dalenberg, John Franklin Dalenberg, age 87, of Village Woods in Crete and a longtime resident of Chicago’s Southside (West Pullman) passed away Sept. 20th. Retired engineer for Combustion Engineering Company. Graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology and Fenger High School. Class of 1943. Member of the U.S. Merchant Marines and U.S. Navy Veteran. Son of the late Jenny nee Waalkes and Claude Dalenberg. Brother of Jane Kurago, and the late Barbara and Frances Dalenberg.
