Graduate of Chicago Vocational School “CVS”. United States Army Veteran. Retired from A.O. Smith Corp. Beloved husband for 52 years of Delfine nee Trevisan. Loving father of Joel (Jody), Marc (Gerri), Chris (Melissa) Stamborski and Jill (Dusty) Fraker. Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Joshua, Leo, Noah, Sofia, Jack, Samuel, Abby, Jacob Stamborski, John, Levi and Jameson Fraker. Son of the late Mary nee Dubiel and John A Stamborski. Brother of Theresa (Ted) Clayton and Tony (late Linda) Stamborski. Uncle and friend of many. John loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed. Lying in state Wednesday December 30, 2020 at St Jude Catholic Church, 241 West 2nd Avenue, New Lenox from 9:00 am until time of funeral mass 10:00 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip.
