Husband for 27 years of Maria nee Flores. Father of Julian Jr, Victor and Julissa Salgado. Son of Maria Guadalupe nee Mondoza and the late Odilon Salgado. Brother of Odilon (Irma), Jaime (Violeta), Marco, Fabian, Angelica, Cristina (Ruben), Laura and Raquel Salgado. Son in-law of Abelino and Adela Flores. Brother in-law of Juan (Esmeralda) Flores, Cecilia (Augustin) Ayala and Abelino Flores Jr. Uncle and friend to many. Resting at Panozzo Bros.
