Leo A. Michuda, age 79. Longtime Frankfort resident formerly of Chicago’s West Pullman area. Retired President of Michuda Construction Inc., a construction firm founded by his grandfather in 1919, and now in its 4th generation and operated by his sons. A concert violinist and engineer, Leo was two-time graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and The Juilliard School of Music. Husband for 54 years of Anne nee Perillo. Father of Mark (Brenda) Michuda, Josef (Kristin) Michuda, and Marie (Joseph) D’Ortenzio. Grandfather of Antony, Mimi, Timothy, Nicolas, Jay and Jacqui Michuda, Alex and Anmarie D’Ortenzio. Son of the late Susan nee Krotiak and Leo Michuda Jr. Brother of Catherine Marie (John) Kozak, Maryanne (Dr. Leo) Lim and the late Loretta Michuda. Beloved uncle and dear friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St (US Rt. 30, 3 Blks E. of Western Ave) Chicago Heights on Tuesday March 18th from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
