A long time member of the First Christian Church, Louise was licensed as a Lay Minister in 1999 at the age of 83. Wife of the late James “Wesley” Low and Jack Perkins. Mother of Mary (Thomas) Ring, Judy (late Robert) Spuhler, Sheila (late George) Keene, Robert (late Mary Jo) Low and James (Brenda) Low. Grandmother of 17, Great grandmother of 25. Great great grandmother of 7. Sister of the late Thelma (late Robert) DuBridge. Loving aunt and dear friend to many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (U.S. Rt 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave.), Chicago Heights on Friday December 27th from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Body will lie in state from 9:00 AM until time of services at 10:00 AM, First Christian Church, 1045 Dixie Hwy., Chicago Heights. Burial Beverly Cemetery, Blue Island.
