Lyle J. Spagnola. Longtime Homewood resident, formerly of Chicago’s Roseland area. Retired Draftsman. Son of the late Maria nee Slaviero and John Spagnola. Brother of the late Katherine Simulick, Carole Spagnola, and John (Beverly) Spagnola. Beloved and devoted “Uncle Lyle” to his many nieces and nephews. An avid snow skier, Lyle’s zest for life will be missed, but fondly remembered by all who knew him. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St (US Rt. 30, 3 Blks E. of Western Ave) Chicago Heights on Thursday January 31st from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Body will lie in state Friday morning at St. James Catholic Church, 22400 S. Torrence Ave, Sauk Village from 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM.
