Mary Beth Mantoan nee Zylstra, age 70, Longtime Chicago Heights resident. Passed away peacefully December 20, 2016. Born May 16, 1946 in Grand Rapids, MI. Wife of Joseph Mantoan, Sr. Loving mother of Joseph Jr (Vicki) and Richard (Cindy) Mantoan. Cherished grandmother of Ariel (Anthony) Hernandez, Anthony, Alex, Samantha and RJ Mantoan. Fond daughter of the late Ellen nee Holmes and Richard Zylstra. Dear sister of Ellen Janes, Theresa Graham, Judy, Tony Zylstra and the late Roseann Tucker. Fond sister in-law and aunt to many. Mary Beth gave her love to all. Mary Beth’s grandchildren were her world. Memorial visitation at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W 14th St (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Friday January 13, 2017 from 4:00 PM until time of memorial service 7:30 PM. Interment private.
