Father of Lauri (Tom) Cuti, Randy and Ricky Formentini and Ramie (Kevin) Zara. Grandfather of Tom Cuti Jr. Former husband of the late Rose nee Onofrio. Son of the late Agnes nee Ascenti and Romolo Formentini Sr. Brother of Mary Rose (Art) Olson. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday February 22nd at St. Kieran Church, 19500 S. a Halsted St., Chicago Heights at 11:30 AM. .
