Ruth Mathey-McNeff nee Meske, age 86. Longtime Manteno resident formerly of Chicago’s Southside. Retired from Marquette Bank where she had worked for many years as a Bookkeeper. Beloved wife of the late Robert McNeff and James Mathey. Loving Mother of Judy (Fred) Roess, Janie (Richard) Martello and Bill (late Cheri) McNeff. Devoted grandmother of eight and great grandmother of seven. Sister of Julia Doran. Aunt and dear friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St (US Rt. 30, 3 Blks E. of Western Ave) Chicago Heights on Tuesday Jan. 14th from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services and burial at Bethania Cemetery will be private.
