Scott Brassea age 66.  Longtime Hazel Crest resident, born and raised in Chicago Heights.  Graduate of Bloom High School Class of 1976 A contract painter and member of Local 14. Husband for 19 years of the late Anne nee Tuttle. Father of Jamie Brassea and Peter Brassea. Son of Gladyce nee Scott and George Brassea.  Brother of George (Cindy) Brassea, Vanessa (John) Kinder and Brooke (Dave) Zivo. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Scott was an avid fisherman, excellent baker and cook, known for his quick wit.  Resting at Panozzo Bros Funeral Home, 530 W 14th St (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Sunday November 23, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  Funeral Monday 9:15 am from funeral home to Our Lady of the Heights/St. Agnes Church, 1515 Chicago Rd., Chicago Heights.  Mass 10:00 am.  Interment private.
