Stanley Yarka, age 67. Native of Altermark, Germany. Longtime Riverdale resident formerly of Chicago’s Burnside area. A welder, Stanley had worked many years for the Pullman-Standard Company, Health-O-Meter, and Jupiter Aluminum. Vietnam Veteran/United States Marine Corps. Husband for 32 years of Janina nee Szostak. Father of Natalie (Brian) Payton and Brian Yarka. Step father of Raymond (Phyllis) Quiroz. Proud grandfather of Vivien Payton. Son of Mary nee Shupick and the late Eli Yarka. Brother of Anna Yarka, Katherine “Kitty” Brzezinski, Mary Jean LaMantia, and John Yarka. Uncle and dear friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros.
