Retired from Metra/Illinois Central Railroad, where he had 43 years of service as an Electrician. An avid weightlifter, he was a member of Quality Classic Gym and holder of 27 World Powerlifting Titles and 43 National Powerlifting Titles at 165lbs, in various age classes. Husband for 25 years of Catherine nee Calabrese. Father of Sheryl (Jason) Parrott, David (Jennifer), Richard (Jaimie) and Kevin (Ruby) Flores. Grandfather of 10. Brother of Robert and Arthur Flores, Arlene Ramos, Carol Ramirez, Russell Flores and Virginia Eckel. Beloved uncle and dear friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (U.S. Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Thursday January 11th from 3:00 PM until time of funeral service at 7:30 PM.
