I still can't believe that this has happened. I am heartbroken. I considered Jay a friend. He was a good man. I will miss working with him. He always made me laugh. He would always tell me to drink more water and stop drinking Mountain Dew. This just showed what kind of man he was. He cared about all of us at Nazdar. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to his family.

To the Thrall family,
My sincere condolences to your family. I had the pleasure of working with Jay for the past 20 years and am fortunate to have gotten to know him personally. His Jayisms always made me smile. He always made a point to ask me about my family, my kids, and I know how proud he was of his family. Much love to your family.
