Janet R. Zaio nee Lachenberg. Age 81. Recently Orland Park, former longtime Glenwood resident and Chicago’s Roseland Neighborhood. Graduate of St Willibrord High School Class of 1961. Worked 38 years as a Computer Programmer starting at Beverly Bank, Harris Bank, retiring from Electronic Data Systems. Longtime active parishioner of St Joseph/St John Neumann Church in Homewood. She sang in the St Joe’s Choir, a Eucharistic Minister, Lecter, Minister of Care and led the Daily Rosary after Mass. She enjoyed playing Pinochle and spending time with her family. Mother of Jeff Zaio and the late infant Carrie Zaio. Daughter of the late Rosalma nee Garneau and John J Lachenberg Sr. Sister of Margaret “Margie” (Michael) Kapral, John “Jack” (Judy) Lachenberg, Anita (Tom) Waicekauskas, Raymond “Ray” (Jan) Lachenberg, Kenn (Marie) Lachenberg, James “Jim” (Silvia) Lachenberg and the late Terry (Ann) Lachenberg. Sister-in-law of the late David) Meskauskas. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Friend to many.
