1/23/2023 - 1/23/2023

Flossmoor, Illinois

Kevin D. Hallberg, 68, of Flossmoor, Illinois, passed away peacefully surrounded by family who will honor his legacy by living life to the fullest. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Edward and Anna Hallberg and was a graduate of Rich Central High School. Kevin had a passion for music, filling his home with rhythm. He loved a wide variety of music from Elvis Presley to Alice Cooper. He was a skilled musician who taught himself bass guitar and was a drummer since the 70's with his brothers in The Heartbreakers, The Sensational Salami Brothers and All In Retro bands. He had a love of cars his entire life, going to car shows all over the country, and owning several classic cars including his prized "American Graffiti" '32 Ford Coupe. Kevin worked hard while enjoying life. Starting as a metallurgical technician right after high-school, owning his own autobody shop and selling cars, to driving a semitruck before taking over the family business, Enzo's, which he truly loved. He will be remembered by his wife and soulmate of 36 years, Lisa (nee Tribo); children Annamarie (Ian) and Kyle; granddaughter Kaylee; siblings Bruce (Laura) and Mark (Virginia). Services and burial were held privately. Info Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, Chicago Heights 708-481-9230 and panozzobros.com

My husband Mike and I were fans of All In and got to know Kevin there. He was very comforting to me when Mike died in 2016. He will be missed, but his memory will live on in those who knew and loved him. May his memory be for a blessing.
