Lana M. Real nee DiMaggio, age 69, passed away suddenly Sunday evening March 18th. Matteson resident formerly of Chicago Heights. Graduate of Marian Catholic High School – Class of 1966. A proud beauty school graduate, Lana worked as a beautician for many years at Karen’s Hairport in Richton Park and in her home in Matteson. Wife for 46 years of the late Gregory Real. Mother of Jason, Anthony (Wendy), Lana Marie and Frank (Emily) Real. Grandmother of Luciana and Trevor Real. Daughter of the late Mary nee Peri and Frank DiMaggio. Sister of Lorraine (late James) Gengo and Lynn DiMaggio. Aunt and dear friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (U.S. Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave.), Chicago Heights on Friday March 23rd from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
