Dear Shana and Donna I worked with your dad at 3 banks and was sad to hear of his passing. May the grace of God sustain you as you mourn this great loss. He was an exceptionally good man. May he rest in peace.

    Shana and Donna,

How do you warp up a friendship that's lasted over 50 years??? We all loved Larry, he always made us laugh, he was guy with the quick wit, never had a bad day that I could remember.
My kids loved our family vacations  " together with the Shapiros " cause Larry would keep dad busy, and there were NO RULES!!!
Larry was the best man at our wedding in 1970  - it almost didn't happen when the priest walked in on  Larry

who was drinking from a flask before the ceremony!!

So many fun times, we will all miss your contagious laugh,

Rest In Peace my dear friend!

Love to all  - Cindy Pease

I knew Larry for 60 years and will really miss him. He was best man at my wedding, my best friend and even became my Godchild - a story too long for this post. We enjoyed our family vacations to Disney World and Hilton Head Island. And I enjoyed our many golf vacations together. He was really a prankster and I was fortunate to not get seriously injured from lightning fireworks with him. He always made me laugh. We stayed in touch after we moved to Georgia 20 years ago and I will miss calling him at night from my patio. My deepest condolences to Shana, Donna, Tom and their families. Larry left us with some great memories, some of which I hope to share at his service if I can keep it together. Rest in Peace old friend.
