Retired Proprietor after 60 years of Lou’s Fish Store in South Chicago Heights and Orland Park. Longtime Member of the Marchigiana Society, Catholic War Veterans Post 1060 and Loyal Order of the Moose. Longtime St Kieran Parishioner. Louis sketched the St Kieran Church building for the church bulletin. Husband for 67 years of Dorothy nee Falasca. Father of Patricia (Vincent) Keenan, Linda (late James) Doyle and Marie (Kenneth) Kots. Grandfather of Elizabeth and Robert Keenan, Natalie (fiancé Christopher Martucci), Peter (Breshna) and Joseph Doyle, Valerie (Anthony) Golda, Margaret and Kara Kots. Great grandfather of Rowan Doyle. Son of the late Josephine nee DeGiulio and Louis Mascitti. Brother of the late Frances “Toots” Stern. Uncle of Robert Morgan, Jaye (late Matt) Darr, Michelle White and the late Lisa Waltko. Nephew of Mary (late William) Townsend. Friend of many. Friends and family will gather at Our Lady of the Heights/St Kieran Church, 724 W 195th Street, Chicago Heights on Saturday November 26, 2022 from 10:00 am until time of Memorial Mass 11:00 AM.     I knew Lou as a good holy man.  He not only drew the sketch of St. Kieran Church for the bulletin, but, for those who don't know, put a sketch of the Virgin Mary in the top of the tree next to the sketch of the church building.  That sketch confirms Lou's holiness.  He was also the best man at Deacon Benny Stabile and Doris' wedding many years ago.  Lou's only problem was that he smelled like fish.  I used to tell him that.  God bless you Lou.  See you in heaven.
