Mary A. Tuminello nee Mangione, age 77, of Orland Park, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2026, surrounded by her family. A devoted Christian, she dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. In her free time, Mary enjoyed acting at local theatres and worked part-time at Costco. She was truly the most selfless and kind woman, and she always had a smile on her face. She is survived by her children Raymond "Ray"(Jennifer) Tuminello, Gina Tuminello and Steve (Samantha) Tuminello; grandchildren Natasha (Jake) Lawler, Antonio Tuminello, Nicholas "Nick" Ruiz, and Gianna (Nick) Tuitele. Daughter of the late Bertha nee Bonarigo and Steve Mangione. Sister of the late Josephine "Dolly" (late Paul) Schneider. Aunt of many nieces and nephews, dear friend of many. Memorial Visitation Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service) 14318 South Lagrange Road (Northbound traffic U-turn permitted at 143rd St.), Orland Park. Mary was a neighbor of mine that I got to know as a result of her fur-babies. We had some wonderful and thought-provoking conversations. One I remember so well is the conversation we had about Angels in our lives. She will always hold a special place in my heart, and I miss the conversations we did not get to have, or to hear her once again play the piano. You earned your wings Mary!
