I have known Matthew since his late teens. I am his sister Arlene's best friend of over 50 years and have wonderful memories of their family activities, including BBQ's. Matt was so proud to join the Auto Parts business in Roseland with his Dad. He had a strong work ethic, intense love for his family and a willingness to do the right thing for others. These traits, among with his devotion to Adrienne, their children and his siblings, leave a legacy everyone will be proud of and miss. Prayers for Arlene, Debbie, Tommy, Steve...their spouses and children for strength and guidance as they experience the sadness of their loss. Thank you Matthew for always welcoming me into the Salin family and for always being there for your family and friends. You are well loved and will be well remembered. Your work here is done and the Lord has you in the palm of his hand.
Love, Denise (Neese)

We have known Matt for 50 years. We were customers at Roseland Auto Parts and M & A. We enjoyed good times at Sidelines in Lynwood, also. Matt was the epitome of a gentleman. He was an excellent business man. He was thoughtful, fair and honest. He always went out of his way to help people. His laughter was truly contagious. Our world was a better place because of Matt! Because of health issues we are unable to attend the services for Matt. We are sending our deepest condolences to Matt's family. May all the happy memories help you through these difficult days. Rest in peace, Matt. You will be missed.
