Worked at CEDA in Harvey and Self-Employed Home Cleaning Lady. Rhonda was a lover of music, especially country, her favorites were Tammy Wynette and Lynn Anderson amongst other various artists. She was known as the neighborhood kids “favorite mom”. Rhonda enjoyed her garden grown tomatoes. Wife for 37 years of the late David Brinegar. Mother of Tabitha (Mike Compton) Brinegar and Jason (Marissa Gourley) Brinegar. Grandmother of Hayden and Janessa, Nevaeh, Adalynn and Jonelle. Daughter of the late Shirley nee Johnson and Vernon Melton. Sister of Sue (late Lloyd) Garland, Beccy (David) Secrest, Charlotte (Pat) Valentine and the late Danny (late Joyce) Melton. I knew Rhonda thru the P.F. schools and events. She was a wonderful caring individual who volunteered for the benefit of the children. Even her husband was concerned about the schools and voiced his thoughts. Very nice people. Prayers of comfort for Tabitha and Jason as you go thru this difficult time.
