Robert “Bob” Marinucci of Crete, Illinois, Age 82. was born on January 8, 1943, in Chicago Heights. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and spent much of his working life as a UPS truck driver, dedicating 30 years to a career marked by reliability, hard work, and pride. Along the way, Bob was also a barber, but above all, he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Bob loved golf, playing the drums, and telling stories - especially the kind that grew better with each telling, but most of all he cherished his wife and grandchildren, who were the true joy of his life.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Barbara (Skrezyna); his brother, Salvador (Sam); his children, Natalie Kistner (Dan), Rob (Kristen), and Stacey; and his eight grandchildren: Julie, Gina Vogler (Cody), Debra Harding (Brennan), Kathryn Becker (Andrew), Cindy, Dominic, Nathan, and Kylie.

Went to school (Brookwood) and played basketball with Bob. Prior to one of our games an apposing player was screwing around with Bob's drums. Bob egged the guy on, asking how to do different things. (He wasn't very good) Bob said "let me try" The guy realized he had been had because Robert was really good. I am so sorry for your loss.
