Sandra L. Dieckmann nee Dal Santo age 76. Longtime Homewood resident formerly of Chicago’s Roseland area/St. Anthony of Padua Parish. A homemaker, she enjoyed her years baking as “Great Cakes Alive”, and those years she spent serving as a Chaplain at Little Company of Mary, South Suburban and Christ Hospitals. Wife for 55 years of Otto L. Dieckmann. Mother of Christopher (Dawn) Dieckmann, Paul (Wendy) Savage and Brian (Toni) Dieckmann. Devoted “Nonna” of Mariah, Matthew, Morgen, Dominic and Gianna Dieckmann. Daughter of the late Carmella nee Corriere and Cirillo Dal Santo. Sister of the late Josephine (late Larry) Anderson. Aunt and dear friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (U.S. Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave.), Chicago Heights on Thursday January 11th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
