Suzanne V. Zegers nee Sheen age 85. Longtime Flossmoor resident, born and raised in LaGrange/St. Francis Xavier Parish. Wife of the late William H. Zegers. Mother of Barbara (Kenneth) Graham, Suzee Zegers, William H. (Sibyl) Zegers, Nancy (James) Mitros, Harry (Cristin), James (Maureen), John (Nicole) and Christopher (Cora) Zegers. Beloved grandmother of Kelly Graham, Conner and Riley Zegers, Mary Erin, Catherine, John and Anna Mae Mitros, Ava, Harrison, Piper, Morgan, Savannah, Jack, Dylan, William and Izabella Zegers. Sister of Joan Cunningham, Karen Sullivan, Robert, Fulton, and the late Joseph, Jack and Thomas Sheen. Loving aunt of many. Dedicated wife and mother who was always up for a party or simple game of cards. Known to many as “Sweet Sue,” she will be remembered for her kindness, generosity,and devotion to her husband, family and friends. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St. (US Rt. 30, 3 blks E. of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Friday morning Dec. 23rd from 9:00 AM until time of chapel prayer service at 10:45 AM, followed by 11:30 AM funeral mass at Infant Jesus of Prague Church, 1131 Douglas Ave., Flossmoor.
