Andrija “Andy” Rozic. Age 89. Longtime Chicago Heights resident. Born In Mostar, Croatia, Yugoslavia. Came to New York in 1969 and then Chicago in 1971. Retired after 31 years at the Ford Stamping Plant in Chicago Heights. Longtime parishioner of St Kieran Church. Husband for 26 years of the late Arleen nee Nardoni. Father of Anthony (Cheryl Shelby) Rozic, Allan Rozic and the late Adrian Rozic. Son of the late Martha nee Cordic and Marko Rozic. Brother of 1 predeceased and 8 living brothers and sisters in Croatia. Brother in law of Charleen (Thomas) Puckett and the late Doreen (late Eugene) Borak. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 West 14th Street (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Tuesday May 19, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Wednesday May 20, 2026 9:15 am from funeral home to Our Lady of the Heights/St Kieran Church, 724 195th Street, Chicago Heights. Mass 10:00 am. Interment Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood.
