Wife for over 70 years of the late Nestor Torres, Sr. Mother of Selestina (Rolando) Trevino, Sylvia Torres, Nestor (Maria) Torres Jr, Noe Torres, Sarita Trevino, Noel (Victoria) Torres, Sulema Vidal, Sandra Torres and Selia (Jose) Pena. Grandmother of 32. Great grandmother of 59. Great great grandmother of 3. Daughter of the late Petra nee Roman and Felipe Garcia. Sister of Lupe (Juan) Olivarez, Margaret (late Juan) Yruegas, Olga (Tomas) Gonzalez, Mary Ellen (Reynaldo) Mendoza, Lucia (late Raymond) Almanza, Estella (Juan) Gutierrez and the late Mary Ann Garcia, Gloria (late Gonzalo) Villanueva and Oralia (late Nate) Almanza. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 West 14th Street (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Friday January 27, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Farewell Bert. You've always held a special please in my heart. Since I was welcome to spend the night at your house, through all family fun and sadness. As I grew you saw me as an adult woman and spoke to me as one, yet you still held that motherly vibe. I love you and I believe your soul is resting in peace.
