Don started his working career in Meat Packing Distribution as a Route Driver for Dubuque Meat Packing and then retiring as a Salesman for Midstates Distribution in Gary, Indiana. Former longtime member of St Paul Lutheran Church. Husband for 53 years of the late Rosalie “Sallie” Knautz. Father of Becky Mann, Randy (Tami) Cliff, Kevin (Sami) Cliff, Mark (Crystal) Cliff, Wendy (David) Kreskowiak and the late Greg (late Dawn) Cliff and Tracie Ferreira. Grandfather of Jacquelyn (Ian) Rogerson, Alex Cliff, Joshua and Justine Ferreira, Jade and Jasmyn Straw, Christopher (Sara), Sarah, Riley, and Nicholas Mann, Jeremy (Magda), Zachary (Lexy), Ryan (Whitney) and Kyle (Josie) Cliff, and Connor Kreskowiak. Great grandfather of 17. Son of the late Grace nee Sandlin and Richard Cliff. Brother of the late Harland (late Audrey) and Kenneth Cliff. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friend of many.
