Husband for 37 years of Virginia “Gina” nee Silva. Father of Yolanda (Bobby) Thom and Eleno D. (Leslie) Ramos. Grandfather of Liliana E. Ramos, Emiliano D. Ramos and Lucas A. Thom. Son of the late Eloisa nee Medrano and Apolinar Y. Ramos. Brother of Olga Ramos, Diane Ramos, Victor (Conchi) Ramos, Patricia Cabello, Ruben (Alice) Marinez, Guadalupe Ramos, Mario Ramos, the late Oscar Ramos, Miguel A. Ramos, Maria Ofelia (Joe) Gutierrez and Apolinar Y. Ramos Jr. Uncle to 36 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. Eleno was a man of faith. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was known as “MacGyver” to his family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. A Die Hard Chicago Cubs and Bears Fan. Memorial Visitation at Living Springs Community Church, 19051 South Halsted Street, Glenwood on Thursday June 27, 2024 from 4:00 pm until time of Memorial Service 7:00 pm.
