Retired after 25 years of service as a Stationary Engineer for Jewels Foods Store’s Melrose Park Warehouse. Fenger High School Graduate. A U.S. Army Veteran/WWII, Staff Sergeant 186^th Infantry 41^st Division South Pacific, Japan & New Guinea WWII-South Pacific, Silver Star Medal Award. Devoted husband for 69 years of Lillian nee Ceretta. Beloved father of Wayne, Richard and Keith (Virginia) Heyen. Brother of the late Elonora Schipio, Shirley Du Frene, Eileen Johnson and William Heyen. Resting at Panozzo Bros.
