Retired Teachers Assistant after 25 years from Garfield Elementary School. Wife for 62 years of Jesus V. Rodriguez Sr. Mother of Yvonne (Alfredo) Cavazos, Jesus (Elvia) Rodriguez Jr, Corina (Todd) Marcum, Yvette (Julian) Gomez and Javier Rodriguez. Grandmother of 19. Great grandmother of 21. Great great grandmother of 2. Daughter of Maria Librada nee Herrera and Tiburcio Soto Sr. Sister of Pedro (Chayo) Soto, Tiburcio (Maria) Soto Jr, Simon (Grace) Soto, Pablo (Josefina) Soto, the late Antonio (Lupe) Soto, Nico (late Tina) Soto, Domingo (Carol) Soto, and Juan Soto. Aunt and friend of many. Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W 14th Street (US Rt 30, 3 blks E of Western Ave), Chicago Heights on Saturday April 30, 2022 from 1:00 pm until time of Funeral Services 5:00 pm. Interment private. Mom, You are one half of my heart, Elvia is the other half. We love you very much and will miss you dearly. We loved taking our vacations with you and Dad until your illness couldn't let you travel.
