Eugene J. “Gene” Ranieri. Age 77. Tinley Park resident, formerly of Chicago Heights. Passed away December 24, 2020. Graduate of Bloom High School. United States Navy Veteran. Retired remodeling contractor and cabinet maker. Loving son of Minnie nee Giovanantonio and the late Joseph Ranieri. Dear brother of Valerie (late Edward) Dobrowits and Joseph (Elizabeth) Ranieri and the late Francine (Gary) Brignardello. Uncle and friend of many. Burial was private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood. I am so sorry, my friend, for not having contacted you in several months. You were my link to better times when we were finally out of high school. Though we had not seen or heard from one another for a long, long time, we finally got to r reacquaint each other via Facebook. Then we shared several telephone calls.
