My father Paul Albomonte worked with Jimmy and considered him a dear friend. I was so deeply saddened to hear about Jimmy's passing. My deepest sympathy to his wife Donna and entire family.

Worked with Jim for 16 years at Calumet River Fleeting and he was a great friend of mine. I will surely miss him and all the crew at Cal River will miss him also. No words can express the loss of Jim to all of us. We are starting our season in May and it will be very strange not to have Jim on the job. Rest in peace!!

My sincere condolences to the family. Taken too soon. I grew up with Jimmy in Roseland. Loved to watch him play the drums. We were friends at Brenan and Fenger. I am sorry to say we lost touch after high school. I would see his parents now and then. they were wonderful people. Always hoped to run into him down Kensington but never happened. Everybody loved him.
