I worked with all the Volunteers at Franciscan Health Chicago Heights and Olympia Fields. Jo Ann's friendly face and beautiful smile was always nice to see at the information Desk. She will be missed.

I never had the pleasure of meeting JoAnn but have known her daughter Lynda for at least 20 years. Her devotion to her Mom was so heartwarming. Lynda loved her so much and did all she could to make sure her Mother's end of life was as comfortable as possible. I lost my Mother and Father when I was young so I felt lucky to have a friend who was as devoted to her parents as Lynda was. I hope I would have been as wonderful a daughter as Lynda was. All my love and prayers to the Simonetti family.
