I am so sorry to hear of "Aunt" Joann's passing, especially after services were held as I surely would have paid my respects. Joann was one of Aunt Sue's (Wyatt/Svoboda) best friends growing up and until my aunt's passing in 1988. I even got to work for her a bit at Century 21 and have missed her Christmas cards in recent years. May you all find comfort in the many wonderful memories. Prayers for you all.

My partner Bill and I first met Joann when she was selling furniture, guessing in the late 1980s. and just prior to entering her career in real estate. We became instant friends and remained friends for all these years. She was a ball of fire, so fun, and accepting of others. So many fun times together. She connected us with other business people and friends. She introduced us to her cousin Jerry, a CPA around 1989, who remains my CPA to this day. Rest in peace, Joann, or perhaps continue making people laugh so hard on the other side. Hope to see you there one day. Love you. Mario
