Siuda Sr. Mother of Robert (Patricia) Siuda, Anna Marie (David) Jackson, Louise (Bruce) Mikolaitis, Juanita (John) Tietz, the late William Siuda and George F. (Adrienne) Siuda Jr. Grandmother of Stephanie, Jessica, Travis, Kiara, Justin, Michelle, Rachel, Lauren (Charlie) Hedberg, Steven (fiancé Chelsea Brennan) Mikolaitis, Jeffrey Mikolaitis, Kyle Tietz, and Katlin (C.J.) Boomsma. Great grandmother of Anthony Quinn, Michelle Quinn, Logan Hedberg, Madison Hedberg, Adriana Mikolaitis and Chip Boomsma. Daughter of the late Louise nee Heintz and William Miller. Dear Juanita and Family; I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy to you, John, Kyle, and all of your family, on the loss of your dear mom. I pray that you will be comforted now with all of the great memories you have had with her. So sorry that we are not able to be together to talk about your mom in person.
